Chelsea High School graduates are enjoined by Rusty DeWees to pursue their dreams with diligence and enthusiasm. The immensely popular Vermonter counseled, "Whatever you set your heart upon, take time each day to do five things that will bring you closer to your goal. You will be amazed at how quickly you achieve it!!" He then added, "I know a lot of you think I''m a real party hound, but I want you to know that I am alcohol and substance free . . . and have been my whole life.
