The broadened pavement in front of the Kimball Library has an area between the telephone pole and lamp-post where a triangular kiosk could be located. Questions were raised, however, about the blocking of sight line to one of Randolph's most significaant historic buildings. (Note: the burial of power and communication wires at this end of the Village also entered the discussion!)
